What is an Ikuzo Connected Garment?

Ikuzo Connected Garment is a physical garment linked with a certified digital collectible. Your garment has a built-in cryptographic chip that stores safely your certificate, comparable to your bank card.

What is a digital collectible?

A digital collectible is the digital 3D twin of your garment that you receive with your physical garment, linked with a certificate that proves your ownership, forever.

What are the benefits of owning a digital collectible?

Because we believe that the future will be digital, we have designed our products to live in both worlds:


  • You can prove the ownership and authenticity of your garments, it acts like Certilogo.
  • Your certificate can't be copied, nobody can transfer your ownership, as a result, you ensure your garment remains rare.

  • Interopability: Your digital collectible will be interopable in other universes such as rtfkt.com, it means that you can use your garment even in games/metaverses.

What is Ikuzo Connect?

Ikuzo Connect is our interface between the physical and digital world, this is where you can see everything about your garment, claim your ownership and discover your superpowers.

How can I use it?

If you've received an Ikuzo Connected Garment, you will find a label inside your garment with our logo "IkuzoConnect", just tap with your phone (enabling nfc) to have access.


For iPhone 11 and newer (excluding iOS 15.4)

  • Wake your phone.
  • Tap the top edge of your phone to the IkuzoConnect logo on your label's product.
  • Open the notification and follow the instructions.

For iPhone 7, 8, and X

  • Wake and unlock your phone.
  • Swipe up to open the Control Center and click on the NFC icon to enable NFC scan mode
  • Tap the top edge of your phone to the IkuzoConnect logo on your label's product.
  • Open the notification and follow the instructions.

For Android

  • Make sure NFC is enabled in settings.
  • Wake and unlock your phone.
  • Tap the top edge of your phone to the IkuzoConnect logo on your label's product.

My phone is having trouble detecting the NFC in my product.

  • If you are on an iPhone and you have your Camera app open, close it and try again. The Camera app interferes with NFC reading on iOS.
  • If your phone battery is low, charge it and try again. The NFC tag relies on power from your phone to establish a connection.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

At this time, all sales are final and Ikuzo does not offer returns on any products. In the limited instances where products are either lost or damaged, please email support@ikuzo.tech where it will be assessed case by case.

Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?

We do not reimburse shipping costs. If you still require assistance with an issue not addressed on the form, please email us at support@ikuzo.tech.

Will I have to pay VAT, Duties, and Fees?

Yes, you may be required to pay VAT or fees when receiving the delivery. These charges vary depending on the country of delivery and the value of the items being shipped.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship everywhere. Time of delivery will vary depending on the country.

Can I cancel it a placed order?

Due to the limited nature of the drop, cancelations will not be accepted. If you ordered the wrong size before shipping, please send an email to contact@ikuzo.tech.

I made a typo in my address, how can I change my shipping address?

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on several factors, including the destination, weight and size of the items being shipped, and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $300, worldwide.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website, where you will be able to view your order history and current order status. If you are experiencing any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at support@ikuzo.tech, we will be happy to assist you.

Which payments methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you to complete your purchase. Our accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, ETH, USDC, and other stable coins as cryptocurrency payment option.

Are payments secure?

Yes, all payments made on our website are secure. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information during transmission. Additionally, we also comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to ensure that all credit card information is handled securely.

Can I pay with cryptocurrencies?

Yes, we do accept some cryptocurrencies as a form of payment. We use Coinbase Commerce to process our cryptocurrency payments, which allows you to pay with various cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and more. When checking out, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method, select Coinbase Commerce and you will be redirected to Coinbase's website, where you can complete the payment with the cryptocurrency of your choice.
